These plans are separate from Molloy’s required student health insurance program and are not required for enrollment or attendance.

Enrollment in, administration of, and all matters relating to coverage, benefits, claims, billing, renewals, and customer service for these plans are the sole responsibility of the applicable insurance carrier.
